A non-refundable application processing fee of $65 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents or $90 for nonresident internationals is required for all new applications. The fee is paid through the application system at the time of application submission. MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Diner’s Club credit cards are accepted. A separate application fee is required for each application.
Application Fee Waivers:
- The Office of Graduate Studies will pay the application fee for participants in select preparatory or service programs (e.g. McNair Scholars, Alliance for Minority Participation (AMP) Program participants, NIH PREP Scholars, Peace Corps, etc.).
- The Office of Graduate Studies will pay the application fee for U.S. military veterans or current service members. Acceptable documentation include a copy of your active duty orders if you are currently serving or a copy of your DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty if you are a veteran.
- If you have not participated in one of the select preparatory or service programs, please check with your academic program to see if it has a fee payment policy. Some academic programs will pay the application fee for applicants in certain instances.
