The Office of Graduate Studies oversees academic policy set by the Graduate Faculty of the University of Missouri, as represented in the Graduate Faculty Senate.
Additionally, the Office of Graduate Studies operates through a set of regular practices that ensure service to students and faculty and a consistency of operation for post-baccalaureate education.
In this section are collected the set of policies and procedures through which we administer graduate education at MU. Policies that specifically follow actions of the Graduate Faculty Senate include the date of the senate's action, if known. Refer also to the MU Catalog for additional academic policies.
Other policies may relate to the general will of the graduate faculty, external requirements, including immigration and other law, accreditation, and other operations of the university.
