Topic: More Than A File Cabinet: Employing Canvas in your Face-to-Face Course
Canvas is often the main connecting point for online classes, but it has a lot to offer in-person, face-to-face courses too. While we know Canvas is great for curating documents and readings, it can also be used to bring new methods of connection to your course. During this presentation we will talk about a few features Canvas offers to help you engage with your learners, help your learners engage with the course content, and some efficient approaches help you engage with a little extra time in your day! We will discuss the tool, the pedagogy of instructional approaches, and the cost vs. benefit of trying some of these ideas.
