The Office of Cashiers prepares your student-account monthly billing statement on or around the 20th of each month. Payment is due on the 15th of the following month. (If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due the preceding work day.)

Financial aid refunds

Federal financial aid automatically applies to current tuition, required fees and housing charges. On myZou students may opt to apply excess aid to other current charges. If the option is declined, excess funds are returned to the student through direct deposit into a checking or savings account. Check with the Office of Cashiers for more information about financial aid refunds.
